Early Results From our Tresse Vitamin Pilot Study

A preliminary review of our Medi Tresse clinical trial of our Healthy Body Bundle supplement plan, which consists of the Tresse Prebiotic every other day, Tresse Fortifier every day, and Tresse Revitalizer every day.

As many of you know, at the end of last year we started a pilot study in our Wellesley office on the Medi Tresse Healthy Body Bundle supplement plan, which consists of the Tresse Prebiotic every other day, Tresse Fortifier every day, and Tresse Revitalizer every day.  While we had high expectations for this pilot study, the final results really blew the team away as the changes we saw in just 120 days were quite impressive.  We will be coming out with a more robust report over the coming months, but we wanted to share some of the early results with you.  To take part in the pilot study, the participants had to refrain from other hair loss treatments during the duration of the study and could not have received any treatment in the prior 6 months.  The photos we included below only tell part of the story, as we also took high magnified photos of the hairs to measure the changes in the hair over the course of the study, which also showed significant improvement in the ratio of terminal hairs to vellus hairs, which means we were seeing larger and healthier hairs.

What the preliminary results of this pilot study seem to show is the importance of vitamins and nutrients, including those with a focus on the gut, for the health of our hair.  Unfortunately, the diet of the average American is not conducive to healthy hair.  Many fad diets do not provide enough nutrients and vitamins, which means our body allocated what we do get to our vital organs and then our hair misses out on what it needs to thrive.  The ingredients in the Tresse Revitalizer and Tresse Fortifier have been known to be some of the most important for healthy hair growth.  On top of that, the over-processed foods we eat are extremely pro-inflammatory and can lead to poor gut health.  More research is showing how gut health plays a key role in the health of our body, including our hair.  The ingredients in the Tresse Prebiotic have been known to not only be anti-inflammatory but also to help with absorption, which is so important when you are taking additional vitamins and nutrients.

While we are still completing the study, based on our early results, we would strongly recommend anyone with hair loss concerns be on a good hair loss supplement regimen, especially one that includes a focus on gut health.  The Healthy Body Bundle is a complete regiment that we would recommend for all of our patients.
